Thank you for visiting “Judah’s Roar-r”! Speaking truth to those in authority is paramount . This is actually the first post that we have published in just about 1 year.
During this year-long sabbatical, the Lord has continued to deal with us about the challenges that continue to hamper the spiritual health and well-being of His children.
The purpose of Judah’s Roar-r is actually four-fold. One fundamental purpose of this blog is to “Speak Truth to Power” about the challenges that have seemingly over run the faith community .
These same challenges permeate society in general. Who are we referring to as “Power”? Those who occupy positions of authority both within and without the household of faith.
Domestic violence, for example, has reached epidemic proportions even within the church – across denominational and racial lines. This should not be. This not only dishonors God, but it dishonors the legacy of both the victim and the abuser. Contrary to popular belief, men are often victims as well.
Secondly, we want to raise awareness, educate, empower, inspire and equip our readers so that we can all do a better job of caring for and strengthening one another.
Thirdly, it is imperative that we understand that it is possible to rebuild ones life even after experiencing these challenges.
Last but not least, we will address “Lifestyle” in general, the things that cause us pain, bring us great joy and the many opportunities that we are afforded to enrich our lives every day.
The foundational purpose of Judah’s Roar-r is to equip those who are engulfed in Domestic Violence, Mental illness, Gaslighting, Emotional Abuse, Physical Abuse even in the faith community the tools needed to live a victorious life. Revelation 5:5(b) declares: “Behold, the Lion of the Tribe of Judah, the Root of David …has Triumphed!” The Bible … Continue reading Judah’s Roar-r?
